Are you the type who thrives in a fast-moving environment where organization meets action? Teague Electric is looking for a Warehouse Administrator who’s as sharp behind a computer as they are confident on the warehouse floor.

If you’re ready to own the details, from data entry to deliveries, and be a steady force that helps keep our materials, orders, and inventory humming, this is the role for you.

Your New Role

• Data & Documentation: Enter and maintain data in our systems with speed and accuracy. Create and process purchase orders, pick tickets, and receiving.

• Inventory Management: Keep tabs on stock levels, help streamline storage, and identify opportunities to improve tracking and flow.

• Ordering & Coordination: Manage vendor orders, assist with barcoding and labeling, and ensure materials are ready when the team needs them.

• Hands-On Support: Pitch in on the warehouse floor when needed and handle the occasional local job-site delivery.

• Continuous Improvement: Look for smarter, faster, better ways to get the job done, and speak up when you find them.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience

• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and barcode systems

• Experience with ComputerEase or a similar ERP/inventory platform (preferred)

• Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and take initiative – organization is KEY!

• High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable being both behind a screen and on the move

The Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Compensation: $20 – $22/hour (based on experience)

• Location: Lenexa, KS
