What You’ll Get

Competitive Pay: $100K - $115K annually, based on experience with bonus opportunities

Great Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with hybrid flexibility after training

Job requirements

Who We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibility

  • Strong understanding of construction/job-cost accounting (preferred)

  • Proficient with accounting systems (Viewpoint, Foundation, or similar ERP a plus)

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Professional judgment, discretion, and leadership ability

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, and bank reconciliations

  • Prepare and review financial statements, monthly close reports, and variance analysis

  • Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers accurately

  • Supervise and mentor a small accounting support team

  • Manage cash flow, collections, and payment cycles

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and audit preparation

  • Assist with job costing, WIP schedules, and project accounting as needed

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and reporting standards
